Our History
Grupo IPS was founded in Mexico in 2003 as a drilling services company built on engineering expertise and technical execution.
Over the past two decades, we have evolved into an integrated group of specialized service companies, expanding our capabilities, technologies and geographic reach to support increasingly complex energy projects across the Americas and beyond.

OTS International begins operations in Houston, Texas, supplying drilling products for geothermal and oil & gas applications. Today, OTS is Grupo IPS’s specialized drill bit company.

Grupo IPS is founded in Mexico, establishing the foundation for an integrated portfolio of drilling and well services.
