ROTARY STEERABLE TECHNOLOGY FOR HOLE SIZES FROM 6” TO 17½” EXPANDS OUR DIRECTIONAL DRILLING CAPABILITIES.

Grupo IPS has expanded its directional drilling portfolio with the addition of VectorZIEL™ and VectorEXAKT™, two rotary steerable technologies designed to provide greater control, accuracy and efficiency across a wide range of well profiles.

VectorZIEL™ is a push-the-bit 3D rotary steerable system designed for directional, horizontal and S-profile wells. The system integrates turbine-powered MWD with near-bit inclination, azimuth and gamma measurements, and receives commands from surface through automated downlinking. With rotational speeds of up to 400 RPM, it supports efficient drilling while contributing to improved hole cleaning.

VectorEXAKT™ is an autonomous vertical drilling system engineered to maintain verticality with an accuracy of 0.1°, providing precise trajectory control for applications where deviation must be minimized.

Both systems can be integrated with Fortix™ downhole motors and Grupo IPS MWD and LWD technologies, enabling us to provide a complete directional drilling and logging BHA through a single service provider.

With deployments across multiple international markets, VectorZIEL™ and VectorEXAKT™ further strengthen Grupo IPS’s ability to deliver integrated directional drilling solutions for complex well environments.
